Return / Exchange Policy

  • Items must be in their original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) to be eligible for a size exchange.
  • All returns must be sent back within 3 working days upon receiving your order & it has to be informed to our customer service. We will not allow any exchange/refund if you fail to return the item/s within the stipulated time.
  • Size exchanges are not allowed for combined orders that have been held for over 2 weeks.
  • Size exchange is not allowed for change in design or color. Only if the requested size for original design is out of stock, you may exchange it for another product of the same price.
  • Shipping fee for size exchange will be borne by customer.

 

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
